Ulderico Fugacci received the MSc in Mathematics from the University of Genova (Italy), in 2012, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science, at the same university in 2016. He has been a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Maryland, College Park (MD), USA (2016); at the Kaiserslautern University of Technology, Germany (2016-2017); and at the Graz University of Technology, Austria (2017-2019). Currently, he is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Mathematical Sciences of the Polytechnic University of Torino. His research interests are in Topological Data Analysis with a special emphasis on Multi-Parameter Persistent Homology and Discrete Morse Theory.
