PhD Scolarship: Homological summarization of high dimensional static and dynamic simplicial data

He graduated in Mathematics from the University of Bologna. His research interests involve the application of algebraic and computational topology to the topological and geometrical approach to the analysis of data. At the moment his research focuses on the homological summarization of simplicial data, studying efficient techniques to achieve “minimal length basis” for the homology groups of simplicial complexes obtained from data.
