My research interests focus on Data Science and Network Traffic Analysis. In particular, I’m interested in modeling networking entities for the purpose of traffic management and anomaly detection. I’ve been working on traffic capture and classification. I am interested in Machine Learning and Big Data methodologies, particularly suitable given the high volume and dimensionality of network data. I am also interested in Web tracking, and its implication on Security and Privacy. Finally, I’ve been working in developing Big Data algorithms to monitor Quality-Of-Experience of Web users.
